Running Half Marathon for Safer

June 17 @ 9:00 am - 2:30 pm

Two amazing atheletes are running their first half marathons for Safer. Sponsor Lisa Mahy and Charles Henry through the links below and cheer them on!

Lisa Mahy has been training hard to compete and is looking forward to hitting the road in the Father’s Day race.

It will be the first time that she will run over the 13 mile course and will be looking forward to getting to the Crown Pier and the finish line! If you would like to sponsor Lisa go to https://giving.gg/donate/event/3437/Guernsey-Half-Marathon—Lisa-Mahy

The sponsorship through giving.gg all comes to the charity.

Charles Henry is a more mature runner and you will be able to spot him and cheer him on as he will be wearing 666 as his running number. Charlie has been pounding the miles on the treadmill but like Lisa it will be his first time over the half marathon course and is looking forward to setting off at 9:00 am on Sunday 17th June. If you would like to sponsor Charlie go to https://giving.gg/donate/event/3435/Guernsey-Half-Marathon

They will be starting at the shingle ridge at L’Eree on what the Guernsey Atheletics Club have tried to make a reasonably flat course.

Cheer them round the course or celebrate at the Crown Pier when they finish!
